When I first moved to Virginia, I had the privilege one snowy day to observe birds of prey close-up from my hotel window. I watched these magnificent creatures for hours, admiring their stealth ability to see great distances as they flew with the precision of flawless acrobats.

They functioned as a cohesive unit partnering up to better their chances of finding food. They would then share what they caught. One would never eat too much, while the other would soar high above protecting and keeping watch until it was their turn. They were seamless and displayed the basic forms of unity, nurturing and compassion it takes for a species to survive. We should pay attention and learn from these lessons.
